Currently you are prevented from creating a new mapfix submission when one targetting the same asset id already exists. The current mapfixes in the pipeline will be presented on the individual main map webpage, so the user will know if they are submitting a duplicate. Restrict mapfixes to one per map active at once upon clicking "Accept" rather than create.
